Reaching Employment through Academic & Career Heights (REACH) is an intensive work-based learning program. REACH is focused on giving disenfranchised youth the skills they need to create a bright future in a career that they will love. Youth are provided paid training and resources to prepare them for work in the following fields:
• Between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive);
• A Canadian citizen, or permanent resident or a protected person as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act;
• Legally entitled to work in Canada; and,
• Legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations.
